Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReviewsNudge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ReviewsNudge sends review-request messages by email and SMS to your customers on your behalf and tracks whether they click through to your Google review page.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right and any required consent to contact the customers you add, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You are responsible for your use of the service.
• You must follow Google's review policies — no offering incentives for reviews and no filtering out unhappy customers. The service is designed to help you stay compliant.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam purposes.

Free trial & fees

Eligible businesses get a free first month. After the trial, fees apply at the then-current rate (currently A$129/month, or the founding rate agreed with you). There is no lock-in contract and you can cancel anytime; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but provide it on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the relevant claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: hello@reviewsnudge.com.
