Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

ReviewsNudge (“we”, “us”, “our”) helps businesses ask their customers for Google reviews by email and SMS. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

How we use information

AI personalisation

To write each message, a customer's first name and job description are sent to our AI provider to generate the wording. This data is used only to create the message and is not used to train AI models.

Service providers

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the service: Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI message generation), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS & email routing). Some of these process data overseas, including in the United States.

Customers added by a business

Where a business adds its customers' details, that business is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact them. We process that information on the business's instructions to provide the service.

Storage, security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep information while an account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after an account is closed or on request, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. If you have a concern about how we handle your information, you can contact us and, if unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. Questions or requests: privacy@reviewsnudge.com.
